• Our Approach to Quality

In the 41st year of our company, we have the joy of winning the Gold Award in the "Retail pack innovation, design, presentation and styling in natural cheese" category at the Nantwich International Cheese Awards, and of bringing this pride to our country.

The Nantwich International Cheese Awards, regarded as the world's biggest and best cheese competition and held since 1897, saw a record entry of 4,615 cheese and dairy products from 31 countries in 2015. With our "Bundle Cheese" (Poucheese), presented under the slogan "cheese inside and out", we managed to stand out from this record field and capture the attention not only of the grand jury but also of the competition's Secretary General, Adrian Lawrence. With this award, our quality was certified on the international stage as well.

Our company, in operation since 1975, was founded at the Unkapanı Food Market in Istanbul. Today, with our Head Office in Üsküdar, Istanbul, and our production facilities in the Salihli Organized Industrial Zone in Manisa, we supply our cheese varieties to catering, national supermarket chains, discount stores and out-of-home consumption channels. At the same time, we continue to grow rapidly by meeting the demands of customers abroad.

With our 3,000-square-meter factory built on a 15,000-square-meter site in the Salihli Organized Industrial Zone, we contribute to employment and the national economy. In the "Turkey 100 Project", organized between 2011 and 2013 under the leadership of TOBB, TEPAV and AllWorld Network to draw global attention to Turkey's fastest-growing companies, we ranked among the 100 fastest-growing companies. On the path we set out on under the slogan "For Those Seeking Flavor", we have never stopped producing natural products or dedicating significant resources to R&D. We achieved the sustainability of our quality by keeping all production processes under control and supporting quality continuity with standards such as ISO, HACCP and IFC.

We have built our company policy on effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement. Our policy covers all processes from supply to after-sales services and is the key factor defining our relationships with our stakeholders.
