A cheese with characteristic varietal properties, obtained by coagulating milk with rennet, fermenting the curd, packaging it in food-contact-grade material and ripening it before being placed on the market. Ready to eat (for breakfast). Suitable for consumers of all ages (except infants and those allergic to milk and dairy products).

INGREDIENTS

Pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, salt. Contains no GMO and/or non-halal rennet or cultures. Contains NO starch, vegetable fat, animal fat other than milk fat, protein other than milk protein, gelatin, soy or soy products.
